Rehabilitation and new construction

The bias is to suggest a unique unobtrusive extension on the groundfloor to give back transparency between the street and the belvedere terrace that look accross the city on the back of the castle. Implemented on the property's boundary, this device give back a coherence and a unified identity to the whole of the constructions through the plot's lenght. Between this new facade and the old ones, the transformation works; We discover an alive space within we roam undercovered as a belvedere looking over the city. The transparency and the game between light and shadows created trhough the steel blades, invite the public to get in.
