Create a cultural and artistic center in Batignolles by bringing together three actors : the National Conservatory of Dramatic Art, the Odeon and the French Comedy.
The program aims to create, in the Batignolles, fast-developping neighborhood, a large-scaled cultural and artistic center within three major actors of the dramatic scene : the National Conservatory of Art Drama, the Odeon and the French Comedy. Moreover its audience and repetition rooms, and the technical and adminisrative locals needed, the program foresee the creation of a fourth logistic pole including a Hall reception, a ticket office, a shop, a restaurant, etc.

The project suggest to show off the existing and to dedicate it to the public function( visitors entrance, audience rooms, reception center,...) whereas the new buildings receive more technical spaces. By rising in high, those extensions create a strong signal as it enables to limit the ground footprint and so to keep up qualitative outdoor spaces.
The principal entrance of the site is moved to the corner of the site, meeting the various flows.
