The building is laid out opportunely in the urban setting. This superb villa is a highly interesting attraction due to its plastic and historic qualities and its location in a park. Initially a private structure, it was changed into a meeting room. The conception and the restoration are developped in the aim to valorize the exceptional dimensions of the architecture. The scheduled developments were constructed in proportions to emphasise the original building. The restoration was proposed as a cultural approach to the site. It should help enhance knowledge of Art Nouveau and the work of Hamesse himself. The layout of the immediate surrounding areas helps both improve access and restore the original silhouette of the building.
