Transformation, renovation and extension of an old factory intended for demonstration knowledge and presentation historical collections.

The project was based on an observation of the complex urban situation. It generated reception spaces linking various collective areas to help understand both the historic structure of this fabulous 19th century textile production building and the richness of the cultural offerings. Therefore, the project was seen as both an urban articulation and a tool for understanding the rich industrial past and its extension in the contemporary creation.
