This is the first building of a master plan that we constructed following the project analysis, and which links several programs that range from an administrative and cultural centre to housing, and also including an auditorium. The theatre is the central element and is the source of new life for this part of the city. The urbanistic scenario was guided by the methodology used, which considers the opportunity to investigate a maximum number of paths for developing a quality urban life and defining the general.
