Transformation and extensions of offices and creative spaces.
Located in the city center, the project is part of a former warehouse transformed in depth. Urban congestion is the major constraint that will allow us to develop the qualities of the building in terms of natural light and working comfort. The work on the recess of the construction constitutes the major and sensible contribution of the development of the infrastructure. Based on the observation of the layout of an old street, the device will allow both the sewing with the existing part of the head office (installed in a classified building) revealing its historical configuration but also the establishment of a logic energy management system based on free-cooling. The architectural expression defines the vocation of the institution based on the dynamization of companies.
