Construction of a community centre.

The program consisted of establishing a site to house multiple social services (street workers, etc.) in an especially disadvantaged neighbourhood, around a multipurpose room including a cafeteria, with sociocultural objectives intended for the activity of the site. In particular, the result accounts for the changing nature of the neighbourhood and thus of the definition of the site by using a structure with two levels of compression al-lowing significant modifications of the site. This project fundamentally relies upon an urbanistic reflection.
